----------Carnival Fast Approaching
Yes it’s that time of the year for the Carnival Committee: Plan! Plan! Plan!
Well what do we have in store for you so far? Keep on reading to find out.
Of course the Carnival will kick off in July with the beginning of the Scarecrow trail. This year the theme is ‘Musicals’ so dust off them dancing shoes and get out your craft kits and start thinking up your ideas. This year we want to see more Scarecrows than ever and we can only do that with your help.
Now, sit tight as we have a few changes this year to tell you. The Carnival will officially open on Saturday July 28th at Middleton’s WMC. There we will crown this years Carnival Queen during the Annual Family night (which if you haven't worked out already is a week earlier than previous years). More information to come…
The ever popular Car Treasure Hunt is on Wednesday August 1st. More details to come regarding entry.
Thursday the 2nd of August will hold the night of the cycling proficiency on the School field.
Of course Friday is the one and only Show Night! We’ll let you sweat it out a bit until we tell you who will be gracing the ‘stage’ this year, but its going to be good.
By the time Saturday rolls round and you’ve wiped away the cobwebs from the night before you won’t know what to do with yourself. We’ve got lots in store for you!
On the school field we have; jazz bands, a pet show, tombola, hot dogs and refreshments, a baby show, quad bikes, a mega slide, bungee run, gladiator dual, rodeo bull, trampolines, balloon race, a ball pool, bouncy castles, large football, golf, paint balling and a coconut sky.
That’s only a taster of what is to come. Keep checking back here for more updates!
